At Fine Weddings & Parties, we believe that every event should always be remembered. It’s our mission to surprise you and your guests with every party to such an extent that you will be left amazed and unable to believe that what you’re experiencing is real.
We imagine, produce, and run life-changing, mesmerizing events that you will talk about forever because while we create the magic, no detail is left to chance. We are different because you are too. LOCATION SCOUTING
Our process starts with a personal „Desire & Kick-Off“ meeting, where you will meet Nadine Metgenberg and a team member – either directly at our agency or conveniently via Zoom. We will create a location longlist with suitable locations that match your wishes.
As soon as you have selected, we will take care of the request for availability and offers of the selected locations and coordinate viewing appointments. During the visit, we will accompany you and offer you valuable advice on each site’s unique advantages and disadvantages.
To give you a better picture of the location, we create videos and photos you can view later at your leisure. Finally, we will assist you in drafting the location contract to ensure that all details are by your wishes.
ORGANIZATION OF THE WEDDING CEREMONY
To create the perfect day, we recommend suitable service providers and support you in selecting. We plan the overall course of the wedding celebration, considering all booked trades, and coordinate and control them to ensure a smooth process.
We create and update the budget plan for you so that you always have an overview of your finances. We will assist you in creating the overall design concept of the event. This includes creating floor plans, advice on stationery design, lighting concepts, decoration, and entertainment highlights.
We also take care of guest management so that you can fully concentrate on your special day.
EVENT SUPPORT
We prepare a detailed schedule covering all important moments and activities. During the setup, we supervise all the settings for the festivities and check them carefully. We are responsible for controlling deliveries, coordinating all procedures, and adhering to the agreed time schedule.
As the contact person for all service providers and guests, we are there for you the whole day. Should you or your guests have spontaneous requests, we will take care of the implementation and coordination of these ad hoc requests.
We advise the photographer and the videographer to make sure that all important moments are captured. In addition, we coordinate the flow of the ceremony, the champagne reception, the dinner, and the party, so you can sit back, relax and enjoy your wedding to the fullest.
SUPPORT WITH THE ENGAGEMENT PROPOSAL
You are sure she is the right one, and you want to marry her! However, you are unsure about the planning and implementation of the engagement proposal. But not only the moment itself requires the greatest effort. The preparation also needs to be well thought out. After all, this is probably the most important decision in your life. And that’s where we come in.
We support you with design ideas and their implementation for the marriage proposal. We advise you to select the engagement ring and the ideal location. Together we will choose the perfect moment and the optimal procedure for your unforgettable experience.
